Penny’s Gift Baskets, LLC opened for business in 2012, but soon discovered that clients were requesting custom gift baskets. Utilizing professional training as an interior designer and architect, our goal was to clearly communicate gift designs to clients. Just like blue prints showcase a design we wanted to convey our ideas by photography to document each basket. We utilized our talents to merchandise and structurally design and build gift baskets. Every basket photo is approved by the client and includes a complete content list of items. Penny’s Gift Baskets, LLC soon discovered that our custom baskets became a niche business. We re-designed our website to showcase what makes us unique.
A few of our goals with the new website were to make it faster and easier to navigate for users. Most importantly, we wanted to help our clients get to know us better. We wanted to create a site that shares a story of who we are as a gift basket company and the importance of striving for 100 percent customer satisfaction.
