Is shipping included?

Shipping by UPS or FedEx. Note that additional shipping fees apply when
temperatures rise above 80 degrees for baskets containing chocolates.

How do you ship gift baskets with chocolate in the summer?

During the warmer months it becomes necessary to ship
chocolate gift baskets with ice packs to ensure they arrive in pristine
condition. They must also be shipped via FEDEX and cannot be shipped over the
weekend. This ensures that gift basket contents arrive in perfect condition and
guarantees 100% satisfaction.

Where do you deliver locally? What is the delivery fee?

We hand deliver gifts within the Landmark Historic District, Victorian District, Midtown, Eastside, Westside, Southwest, Landings, and Pin Point Historic District. To schedule a delivery
we request a contact number, the recipient schedules a delivery time that works
with their schedule. We will text you or call to let you know the gift has been
delivered.

Can I pick up a basket order?

Yes, call us at 912-335-2459 to schedule a pick up time.

When will I receive my order?

Gift baskets are packaged and shipped within 2-3 working
days.

Can I order for rush delivery?

Are you able to personalize a note with my order?

We offer complimentary handwritten notes with any purchase.
Please specify your message when your order is placed and we include a
customized card that reflects the customization of gift basket.

Do you make custom client gifts?

We love creating custom gift baskets for clients. The gifts
can include promotional products, company collateral, corporate ribbon colors,
and corporate note.  We work closely with
you to design a gift that reflects your company branding. The basket is always
photographed with a list of contents for approval.

Do you design gifts for corporate events or trade shows?

Yes! We specialize in designing gift baskets for holidays,
corporate events, and trade shows. We work closely with you to create a gift
that is perfect for that occasion. Every gift design is approved by the client.

Do make welcome gifts for conferences and weddings?

We offer customized welcome gifts for corporate or personal
events. The welcome gifts are customized for each event and feature Shop Small
businesses. We have a minimum order of 10 welcome gifts.

Do you make custom gifts?

Custom orders are my specialty! Just complete the contact
form, or send an email orders@ pennysgiftbaskets.com and we’ll get started collaborating
on creating a personalized gift.

If I give you items can you package them for a Charity
event?

Yes, we can design and package a custom gift basket with
purchased items and product collateral provided by the client. A photo of the
gift basket design is sent to the client for approval.

All gifts ordered from Penny's Gift Baskets are covered by 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Each gift is individually created, carefully packed, so it arrives to the recipient in pristine condition. Please contact customer service at Penny's Gift Baskets if you are not completely satisfied.

Returns

Gift Baskets need to be returned in 14 days after the delivery date in the ordinal packaging. Please contact customer service department for assistance on returns.

Delivery and Shipping Policies

We ship all our gift baskets with FedEx or UPS. Please note that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date (not a guaranteed delivery date).

Summer Shipping

During the summer months it becomes necessary to ship chocolate gift baskets with ice packs to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. They must also be shipped via FEDEX and cannot be shipped over the weekend. This insures that gifts basket contents arrive in perfect condition and guarantees 100% satisfaction.

What if we get an incorrect address?

If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address it will be returned to Penny's Gift Baskets. FEDEX charges a fee of $10.00 to return the package and unfortunately that cost it will be charged to your account. Please understand that delivery services do not always contact us that a problem with delivery has occurred. If the package is returned, we will contact you, to insure that the package is re-delivered in a timely manner.

Substitution Policy

Due to a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of certain specific items. When this situation does occur we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.

Inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
